New install of FP

I've upgraded my laptop and as part of the data and software transfer I need
to install FP 2002 on my new machine. Unfortunately I can't find the CD.

Can I download the software and get it activated without having to purchase
it a second time?

I've searched the Microsoft site but can't find any guidelines for this
situation.

No

I've searched the Microsoft site but can't find any guidelines for this

Your only option is to contact Microsoft support, but you will need to be
able to prove you own a legitimate copy.
