New Icon

A new icon has appeared on our desktop called *New Microsoft Powerpoint
Presentation* I don't what it does or where it came from, could someone
explain this to me
 
Hi,

Probably someone started to build a new presentation there (right click on
the desktop, New| Microsoft Office PowerPoint Presentation). Double click
it, and *if*it it is empty, you could delete it?
