New here. ? about sending e-mail and displaying addresses of recip

Is there a way to block the addresses of my contacts when sending e-mails to
more than one person. I do not want all recipients to see the email addresses
of all recipients. Thank you
 
From Toolbar (if not visible press Alt), View, click All Headers
Use the Bcc field to enter your other addressees
 
Thank you, but I clicked on "view" and there is no option for "All Headers"
I have seen, on e-mails I received that they will say "undisclosed recipients"
is there a way to do that?
 
View from a MESSAGE window?

Create Mail
then View - All headers
