New HardDrive to RAID 1 mode, how?

Hi,
I have windows XP, and I want to buy a new hard-drive for RAID 1 (Safe
data & Fast read).
I don't want to re-install windows...

What are my options?

Read your computer docs regarding the SATA HD controller installed. You MAY
be able to "convert" your single HD to a RAID 1 array. If the docs say it's
feasible, buy an identical hard drive and follow the instructions to create
the "mirror" drive.

It's ALWAYS a good idea to back up your data first...
