New FrontPage Program

I've heard that FrontPage is being phased out.
Is Microsoft Expression Web 1.0 the program that
is replacing it? I don't want to buy the wrong thing.

and by SharePoint Designer for those who are interested in designing web
sites that use Microsoft SharePoint Services. SharePoint designer has all
the features of EW and adds those used for SharePiont Services.
