"New Folder" everywhere

Hi,

is there any register key which allows me to make the "create new
folder" button appear on ALL explorer windows, whatever its kind (music,
document, normal, etc) is?

It would be very useful to me. Thanks & regards,

New Folder appears as the first item on the Organize drop down on all
explorer windows, including Music, Pictures, etc. Is this what you are
looking for?

Great... and maybe I can add a folder by right clicking on my mouse. I
already know that, thanks. :)

I'd love to put a "New Folder" button on the tool bar.

This is something that I have wanted for a very long time, and I really do
not know why Microsoft still hasn't addressed. The right click method is so
crap for such a common operation. What I really want is a keyboard
shortcut, as you will be using the keyboard to rename it anyway...

Would the old Menu Bar do?

Open Computer. Click the down arrow by organize. Highlight "layout". Place a
check by Menu Bar.
