new fax to contact

Hello:
I'd like to be able to create a "new fax to contact" button under actions in Outlook 2000 (similar to new message or new letter to contact) that would bring up a Word document (or Outlook form) and insert the contact's name and fax number. Is there a straightforward way to do this?

You would have to post your mail support mode and fax software for us to
answer.
