New entries do not get printed

I know I asked this just a few days ago but I cannot find the question or
answer! (It doesn't help that the list seems to be totally random - Can I
sort the questions by date?)
Anyway, I have added about 50 new entries to my (Access 2003) database, but
when I try to print it out, using the same report that I used before, it
still prints out the list as previously, i.e. to the end of 2008.
I know the reply said something about the cut off date being selected, but I
cannot find anything that might be causing this.

Can the report be reset to print all entries?

Hi David,
Welcome to Microsoft MSDN Managed Newsgroup Services. My name is Charles
Wang[MSFT]. It is my pleasure to work with you on this post.

Regarding the issue you described, may you first send me a sample of your
Access file with the data and your report file so that I can use to quickly
reproduce your issue? I also recommend that you send me some screenshots to
help me better understand this issue. You can compress the Access database
file and the screenshots to a .zip file and then send it to me
(changliw_at_microsoft_dot_com) via email. I will then perform further
research as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Charles Wang

Goiod Morning

On the 5th May I emailed you attaching a copy of my database including the
file 'GMLG' which is the one giving problems.

As a reminder , the 'GMLG' report is not finding any 2009 entries when it
prints.

Have you been able to find my error yet?--

Thank you.

Dear David,
I checked my mail box but unfortunately I could not find your email on May
5th. I think that there might be some mail delivery issue before. May you
send it again? By the way if the file is over 2MB, please first send me a
simple email response without any attachment. Then I will send an email to
you and let you know how to upload the large file to me.

Thank you!
