I don't intend to do this regularly, but since this update may help with
some folks who are having update problems, here's the link:

For those who don't know--this is captured from:

notepad %windir%\windowsupdate.log

Let the (long) document settle after an update on a machine that works, then
scroll up slowly looking for the URL from the recent update.
