New email in OWA for Exchange 2003

We just migrated from OWA on Exchange 5.5 to OWA on
Exchange 2003 and although I love it, some of our users
are perplexed.

Where are the cut/copy/paste icons for new email messages
in this new version of OWA?

I know that you can right click and use keyboard commands,
but the missing icons is confusing for our users.

Better ask in an Exchange forum. OWA is part of Exchange and although the
new version of Outlook looks more than ever to Outlook the products are very
different.
