Creating new email in Outlook, click on "To" to bring up address book.
Clicking on the arrow next to 'Contacts' I would expect to bring up my
subdirectories of 'Contacts,' but it does not. I am limited to those people
listed generally in 'Contacts.' Must copy and paste email addresses in
Contacts subdirectories.

Right-click each folder containing contacts, choose Properties, select the
Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book". Click OK.
