Is it possible to set excel settings on the way that when
I open a new document (from "new" button), that document
to be formated on the way I like? Not to format every new
document separately every time I open it.
Thank you!

Hi
you can create a tamplate for this. Search the Excel help for
'Template' to get more information about this

Hi N., Koichev!

Here's an explanation I found by Gord Dibben.

Extract>>

Open a new workbook. Customize as you wish. File>Save As Type:
scroll down
to Excel Template(*.XLT) and select. Name your workbook "BOOK"(no
quotes).
Excel will add the .XLT to save as BOOK.XLT.

Store this workbook in the XLSTART folder usually located at........

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

This will be the default workbook for File>New>Workbook.

You can also open a new workbook and delete all but one sheet.
Customize as
you wish then save this as SHEET.XLT in XLSTART folder also. It now
becomes
the default Insert>Sheet.

More can be found on this in Help under "templates"(no quotes).

<<End Extract

No need to add except say that you should try Google Searching and
here I'd recommend grabbing Ron de Bruin's Google search 6.0 from:

http://www.rondebruin.nl/Google.htm

It comes complete with a user guide and gives help when you want it
where you want it.

Hi N. Koichev!

Gord did all the work; I just found it. That's the beauty of Google
searching.
