Hope someone can help me. I got the new Dell Digital
Jukebox, which came with installation software. When I
insert the disc and it begins to install, I get this
message: THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE LOADING HAS NOT PASSED
WINDOWS LOGO TESTING TO VERIFY ITS COMPATIBILITY WITH
WINDOWS XP. THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE INSTALLED. CONTACT
YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. Thanks for any advice. I
tried calling Dell and they had no idea. -tg
