New DC showing replicating to Old dc that does not exist

Hi

I Noyice that one of my new DC where still having
replication partner with a DC that was decommision. How
do i change the replication so it sees the other DC and
so that they can start to replicate

This server starts to replicate or is tring to start?
Did this demoted server was completly removed from Your AD, maybe there
are some "leftovers" like DNS entries, DSA object or something
