New database design resources

I am a new Access user and have a project requiring extensive 'interactive'
database design. Rather than starting from a clean slate, are there sources
out there for templates of various designs that can be modified for
particular applications? I am looking at an issue tracking database that has
at least three levels of database input required to build the issue history
and run reports based on keyword, number of issues of a certain type, etc. I
could be more specific, but my question for now is just to see what options
to get started are available for me to look into.

In Access xp(2002), you can click file/new, then click "general templates"
(under "new from template" in the task pane on the right side of your screen)
and click on the database tab for a variety of databases you can create.
Maybe the asset tracking one would be helpful to you.

I think it is the same in Access 2003.
