I have been using personnel medical claims database designed outside of MS
Access for years. I would like to have something like it made with MS access
but do not have enough knowledge. I have started it and am having problems
with the macro and making it work the right way. Is there anybody out there
who can help. I would be willing to send it to anybody who can help. Cost is
not a problem but it is only for personnel use, so only for family use so not
much needed. So cost should not be that high. It realy a hobby thing for me.
To have somethig that can be put on a memorystick and can go from home to
office and back without lossing my data. Can anybody look and give me
ideas????

Have you searched on-line for templates or existing software?

Jeff,
Thanks for the reply, I have looked online but have not found anything that
works with access, If you know of something please let me know. I am always
willing to give it a try. Would you like to have what I have already so you
can see a little what I am looking for? Let me know and I ca send it to you
in Zip format. I spend alot of time on the computer so it will be virus free!

Thanks for the offer, but:

1) since I'm volunteering my time here, I can't afford to
2) since we haven't formally met, I have no way to validate your assertion
("I promise it's virus-free!")

Access has something of a steep learning curve, and to get the best out of
it, you really need to learn a new mind set. Access is not a spreadsheet on
steroids, so you will need to have a sense for relational database design
and normalization.

Good luck!
