New contact group in windows mail?

I open my windows email and and click on my contacts and I do not have a
"New contact group" icon. So how do I make a group in my email contacts?

Do you have any of the Contact buttons on the toolbar?
If not, right-click anywhere in the right-hand pane, choose "Customize this
folder" and in the drop-down box under "What kind of folder do you want"
return it to Contacts.
