New Computer

I want to move all my Outlook info from my old computer running XP / Outlook 2003 to my new computer running XP and Outlook 2007.

What is the best way to do this?

1. Could I use my blackberry and set up the sync so that the blackberry overwrites the desktop?

2. Should I export to a .csv file and import on new machine.
