New Computer

I have FP 03 on my old computer and run our website using this program. I
now have a new computer and would like to transfer everything to that
computer. I have the FP 03 program installed but cannot figure out how to
transfer all my files and pages and then get the program to prompt me to sign
in when I open the program to allow me to make changes.
