New Computer with Vista

I have a new laptop with Vista and I want to retrieve my Outlook Express
contacts and messages from old computer and put them on my new computer with
Outlook. How do I do this? Thanks!
 
find the dbx files and import them? see insideoe.com or the outlook express
forums for the exact methods.
