New computer: need to move frontpage files

I am having trouble moving my entire web folder for one
particular website that I maintain to my new computer. I
keep coming up with errors in the files when I try to
transfer them. Any suggestions?
 
If the site is published to a host server with FP extensions, then open the
site directly on that server in FP and publish back down to your new
computer.
