new comp

hi all.
time to buy a new computer for me.. hehe

would anyone know if a celeron 2.4 is fast enough to watch those new divx
files ac3... while using emule and bt ?? or should i stick with a new P4..

since this is more like a media box i put in the tv room. i dont really need
it to be top range. will not be playing games or running any graphics
application...

can save a few hundred bucks if i get the celeron.

there is a formula for finding the best "bang" for the buck with cpu's
I don't know it offhand
but at the moment
the p4 2.8 try and get the 800fsb if you can afford the possible MB to use
it (check manual)
and athlon 3.0 are the best buys
