New CANON MP830--need help !!!

Hi all,


I just got a new Canon MP830 all in one machine. I have printed a few
pictures and documents already with no problems,but today, I tried to print
something with color and black print, and I kept getting a message telling me
that there is more than 1 black cartridge in the printer and it said it was
going to print the black with only 1cartridge. I clicked OK, and the message
kept on coming back, like it wanted me to select which black cartridge, but
there was no way to select. I opened the printer driver and went through all of
the tabs, and there is no way to tell the printer which black cart to use there
either.

Any ideas ???

I've got the same problem. Changed black cartridge worked for awhile.
Now color cartridges arent recognized. Like the MP830 cant stand the
cartridge problems.
