New camera Praktica DCZ 2.0

I boght a new camera, XP does not load it and I can not
detect it with any software,

I do eahr the XP sound if I dosconect it or connecct it
but it is never detected.

My old one is working fine, Cretive PC Cam 300

Apreciate anyone's help
