New Browser Window

How do I make IE open full screen when I right click a
link and click "Open in New Window". I do not want to
have to "maximize" everytime I right-click and "Open in
New Window".
 
Open it, stretch to the size you want then shut it down. Next time it should
open at the 'remembered size'.
