new browser page opening

I have been working on a new website, (cedarbrookcafe.com). I have published
this site and everything works great except that when I click any link from
the home page it opens a new browser window pointing to the new page. Once
in the new window no new pages open except where I want them to but since
this would be distracting to my visitors I would like to correct it. I'm
sure it is something minor that I need to change but this is the first
website that I have built using FrontPage

Well, you have '<base target="contents">' at the top of the page.

Thank you, you are right. So do I simply remove it? Should include the code
for you to look at?
