New boot screen error.

I just changed my boot screen on my desktop,(I'm on my
laptop right now) and now each time I boot up Windows it
shows the boot screen, then resets my system. I cannot
figure out how to fix this, I tried using Safe Mode and
such. If there is anyone who can help please help me out.
It is very important I get control of this situation.

Hi Andrew,

I am assuming you are speaking of your Desktop and not boot screen. If so,
revert any changes you have made via Accessibility.
 
Nope, I'm talking about my boot Screen where it
displays "Windows Xp Professional" and has the loading
bar underneath.
 
Did you try a System Restore after booting into Safe Mode?
