Please help I'm baffled. I think I have a Firewall issue?

Had a home network working two PC's and two laptops all able to share files
and use a shared printer. Replaced my Wireless Router with a new Belkin N1
Wireless Router, created a new network name and key, all devices can see the
Internet and it appears one can see media files on another PC, but I cannot
see any of the other PC's, files or printer.

I've tried everything, made sure the Workgroup was the same, tried switching
of firewalls on each PC, ran set-up Wireless Home Network several times with
and without firewalls and Home Network several times, but still no PC will
see PC's, Shared files or printer.

One PC is Vista and one PC is XP with the extra utility that allows it to be
seen by the Vista Network mapping facility. Vista network map shows the XP
PC, but still cannot see the PC or files or printer.

TIA

Crofty,

I had an issue with my Belkin "N" router and called their tech support.
They were very helpful and solved my problem in a flash - call them!

If the ONLY thing that changed was your wireless router then some setting or
otherwise in there may be causing the problem and you should take Fred's
advice and call their support. Personally I don't like N routers and have
had best luck with straight G wireless routers.

Is the network set to private with network discovery and file
sharing on for the Vista PC?
