Some dumb guy
While in another program that utilizes the F7 key, I was surprised when
I hit it this evening to see Thunderbird get launched instead of the
expected behavior for F7 in this program. This happens no matter what
program is up or if no programs are up. F7 now launches Thunderbird.
F4 launches Firefox and F5 launches the Windows Explorer search window.
These two may have always done that. I seldom, if ever use them, so I
don't know if this behavior existed before this evening. However, up
until this evening, F7, when pressed within another program would
perform a function of that program. Now all it does is launch Thunderbird.
I do not know if I inadvertently hit a series of keystrokes that
initiated this behavior but I sure would like to know how to reverse it.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jack
