New ATI Linux drivers posted 09/04

Haven't seen mention of this in the group yet, but ATI has posted 3.2.5
drivers for XFree86 4.[123].0. Rebooting into Linux to try them out.

Let us know the results.... I was going to install them today but for some
reason my linux box appears to be borked.... :S
 
They worked like a charm. I'm not a newbie, not yet a guru, but had no
problem following the instructions. Didn't stress the drivers too much -
TuxRacer, Armagetron, UT2003 Demo all run smooth on my 9700np. I'm reading
Running Linux (from O'Reilly, highly recommended!) to expand on some old
Unix admin experience (SCO, boooo!), and rebuilt my learning box several
times over the weekend. Loaded the ATI drivers several times with good
results. Nice job, ATI!
