I have some experience with SQL Server 2000 and usually build desktop
solutions to access the data using VB.NET but I have a requirement to build
an adp to allow a user to view/edit selected rows from a contacts table on a
SQL Server. My environment is WinXP Pro and Access 2003. Can anyone point at
some information/examples to get me started on this? The requirements
include:
- User should be able to key in the first few characters of the last name
and then do a "Find"
- The "Find" could result in multiple matches and the user needs a way to
scroll through the matches (e.g. many "Smith" matches)
Thanks for any pointers.
