Hi,

My corporate email account has size limit so I end up archiving to a
particular PST file after every 3/4 days.

Presently the "archive.pst" folder is touching 600 MB and will very
soon cross the limit after which I wouldnt be able to take backup's to
my CD in an easy manner.

If I configure outlook to start archiving in a new file called
"archive2.pst" then would I be able to see "archive.pst" in my All mail
folder list or do I have to tell outlook that I have more than one
archive folder and indicate their respective locations (if yes, how
does it work).

Im afraid that if I make new archive folder I wouldnt be able to access
my mails from older archive folders.

Please guide me.

1) Disconnect your archive pst-file by File-> Data File Management-> Remove
(note the location of the archive file)
2) Close Outlook
3) Backup your archive file to CD
4) Move the archive file to a different location so you know it has been
backed up to CD already
5) Open Outlook
6) Connect to the backed up archive file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File

Because you've changed the location (after disconnecting!) of the archive
file you won't have to change any settings in Outlook. The next time you
archive it will automatically create a new archive file.
