New application to identify startup problems?

I saw a few days ago on Microsoft's homepage a new application that was
supposed to help us find drivers which are not starting correctly and it is
supposed to be better than what Safe-Mode shows us. Can anyone help me with
this application know what\where it is? I don't see it on the homepage
anymore. Thanks.
 
Oh thanks Bob. No this was an executable that I saw and I don't think it
was specific to Vista. Oh well thanks.
