New AD / Local Drive Access

We migrated from NetWare servers to new Win2K servers this
week and I'm getting crushed. My biggest problem is that
all of my users are set up as Domain Users. They used to
be set up Locally as Power Users. I mention this only
because now they are having huge problems executing some
programs located on their C: or other local drives.

What I'm looking for (hopefully) is a way to apply "Power
User" rights to the GPO for the domain so that we get back
to "normal".

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance - JSmith
