Not sure I completely undersand what you're asking here, but if you demote a
dc as last dc in the domain, and then re-promote back up again into a new
domain, the "old" domain accounts that were on it from the first domain will
not be the same as the "new" ones you create on it the second time (even if
you use the same names) as they'll have different domain sids etc.
