How do I enter my other email account information so it will sync with my
microsoft acount?
 
How do you access mail for that "microsoft" account?
Is it actually a @hotmail.com account?
Who is the provider of your other email account?

You do NOT have a Microsoft account, unless you work for MS.
If you do work for MS, you will never have to ask this question.
So, let's start from the beginning :
What " other " e-mail account you have in your mind ?
What e-mail client are you using ? Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail, Outlook
Express, Outlook ???
