Never Ending Temp Files

Microsoft's Antispyware leaves two to three temp files in
my temp folder each time it starts up and adds another
while it's running. The last time I looked at the folder
the progarm left 123 files. I deleted all but the
current files, but it just keeps adding more. Can
Microsoft fix the program to remove the temp files when
you power down the computer or can someone tell me how to
corrct this?

Check the box: Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when
browser is closed.

Engel: the files complained of by the original poster are not in Temporary
Internet Files, they are in the user's TEMP directory.
