I have 3 computers on a network, all 3 machines are in the same workgroup.
When I try to access files that are being shared on computer A from Computer
B it states I do not have permission. On computer A, I try to set the
permission for users of Computers B & C, but I can not find the user names
on Computer A. When I open up "Locations" it only shows the name for
Computer A. How do I set permissions for the users of B & C on A? Or how do
I see B & C on A??

In a peer-to-peer network, which is what you have, all security information
is held locally on each machine. Therefore you need to tell each machine,
which users have permission to access it. You must create a User account on
each machine that is exactly the same as the user account on the machine
that you are trying to access it from....ie in your case, create all three
users on all three machines, then you should be able to access each machine
from any one of the others.
