I have three machines on a wireless network two are xp and
xp pro respectively and one is windows 2000. The problem
is that my own machine which i use is xp pro, I need to
print, the windows 2000 machine has a printer hoked up.

The problem I have is the xp pro detects the windows 2000
machine, but not the printer. I am aware that it needs
additional drivers for xp pro which are not in the list
how do i add to this list of drivers so it can work!!

Have you shared the printer for network use? If you go
into Settings>Printers on your W2K machine, right click
the printer and select sharing from the menu you will be
able to give it a name and then go through the setup
procedure on the xp machines to add a printer( you should
be able to detect it on the network once it is shared).

You will need the driver discs to set up the printer on
the machines and the W2K machine will have to be on in
order to act as a print server when you print from the XP
machines.

Hope this helps

Alex
