networking XP with 98

We have a 98 computer providing DCHP with a small
business network. The old computers can see each other
but have problems seeing the new XP machine. They have
DSL (OLD modem) and requires Winpoet to run. We need the
correct settings to have the XP machine seen on the
network so that it's resources may be seen.
