Ok I have 2 desktops I want to network. Host is XP,
Client W2K. I ran network wiz in XP but W2K won't accept
XP network disk. I tried using XP cdrom but it wouldn't
work either. To complicate even more I need to connect
to internet via direcway. I am using a netgear sys. to
connect the 2 comp. They are hard wired together.

Thanks,
Dee

Configure W2K to obtain an IP address automatically, and set its
workgroup name to the same name that XP uses.

Well I have finally gotten to the point that I can see
the host computer on both computers. However, I cna't
see or find the client. They are both is the same work
