Networking XP home and XP Pro woth firewall

I am tring to network XP Pro and XP Home with the built-
in Firewall enabled. Network works fine with Firewall
down. Turn on Firewall and get only one way traffic.
Also am using a router as shared gateway to the internet,
for broadband connection. Any suggestions? Possible
overlooking something?

Dont use the built in firewall, it's limited and only meant for a single
modem user. download one of the shareware/freeware ones eg zonealarm or
sygate.
