networking with windows xp pro

We have a new IBM computer in our office and tried to
install it in our peer-to-peer network. The other
computers, all of which are running windows 2000 and which
can see and share files with each other, are requiring a
password from the new computer. Is there any way to
eliminate the password prompt?

Is the new computer running Windows XP? If so, run the Network Setup
Wizard on it (but not on any other computers) to fully enable file
sharing:
