Networking Windows XP to Mac OS X?

I currently have two PC's running Windows XP Home, set up
on a wireless ad-hoc network. A friend just moved in,
and she brought her purple iMac (with OS X) with her. Is
there a way to add her computer to the wireless network
so that it will be able to share my cable connection? If
so, how? Thanks.
 
I currently only own two wireless USB adapters for my two
pc's. She was planning on getting an airport card for
her iMac if it would be possible to network the
computers. Will a base station allow me to network them?
