Networking Windows XP and MAC OC 10.2.8

I have no problem accessing the PC from my MAC but cannot get the PC to
access the MAC? Please help.
 
Your best bet is to try this in a MAC forum. You can also try the
Windowsxp.network_web newsgroup though I suspect many responses will tell
you to try a MAC forum.
