Networking using two NIC's

I have recently changed to a wireless network, using
Linksys WAP54G, and a Linksys wireless PCI card for one
of my computer's.
I did not take out my wired NIC card in the hope that I
could connect Xbox live to it (requires internet
connection), rather than spending the extra $ for an
ethernet bridge.
The wireless network works perfectly, but I am unsure if
or how to set up the wired NIC.
What I am trying to accomplish is share my internet
connection on this computer from my wireless to my wired
NIC. Is this possible? If so, does anyone have any
setup intructions?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Create a network bridge between the wired and wireless NICs:
