Sure. Get a USB Ethernet adapter. It connects to a USB port on your
computer and to a regular Ethernet connection on the LAN.

You can use ethernet to usb adapters, or if you want an usb-to-usb lan
there are usb peer-to-peer cables you can purchase. These are not normal
usb cables and are more costly than ethernet cables. Also they are not as
fast.
