Can anyone point me to a site that explains how to set up networking.
I have two P4 computers with on-board lan and finally purchased an
ethernet cable and connected the two computers. Booted up and looking
in "Network and Dial-up connections" find both Local Area Connections
status to be Enabled and the icons in the task bar both
mention connection speed of 100.0 Mbps and has recorded Sent & Receive
activity. Checking the "Local Area Connection Properties" have Client
for MS Networks, File & Printer Sharing for MS Networks and the
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) installed in both. Problem is that
connecting the first computer to the internet, I cant browse using the
second. Is there anything I should be setting up? Best regards,
Roland...
