Networking TV tuner card

I would like to be able to access my tuner card while I am away from home.
Whether it be through a website, or directly from PC to PC. I rather prefer
PC to PC with password and all that stuff. Is their any software that will
allow me to do this. I have a video camera hooked up to the composite on my
card and I want to keep an eye on things when I am not home. Any ideas?

AIW Player will do this(at least over a wireless net-don't know about over
the internet)

http://fightersoft.openvision.ro

It is a program under development, and has a finicky setup, but it does seem
to work.
