Networking problems

I have turned off the Windows firewall component. However, on a network, the
computer with the XPe image can see other computers on the network, but the
other computers cannot "see" the XPe-image computer. Any suggestions on what
settings/components to change/modify?

Don't know what you meant exactly by turning off the WF component but here is the tip on how you configure/disable Firewall on XPe:

I was able to solve this problem.

My problem was that I turned off the firewall but it was still acting as if
it was turned on. To fix this problem, I removed the 'Internet Protocol
Network Address Translation' component. Further, under settings of the 'Core
Networking' component, I unchecked the box for 'Windows Firewall/ICS'
